We can only replace lost or damaged packages if you agree to
the Insurance charges on the
checkout page. Tracking lost or damaged packages is very
time consuming, and puts your
package in to a "investigational hold" which can take in
excess of a week for UPS to find.

the problem....

Availability
We carry THOUSANDS
of parts in our inventory, and have many more
available through our suppliers. No warehouse can carry
all parts for all mowers though; Rare or odd parts may
have to be ordered directly from the the OEM suppliers and
will take additional time.
On rare occasions, in order to reduce backorders, we reserve the
right to substitute a quality Aftermarket part in place of an OEM
part. These aftermarket parts
are supplied with a manufacturers 1 Year Warranty.
Aftermarket parts may be from a different supplier than the one
ordered.

All prices are supplied to us by the
equipment manufacturers. We make every effort to keep
this information correct and up to date, but all prices,
descriptions, availability, and other
conditions, are subject to change as the Manufacturers see
fit.
We will try to notify you of any changes concerning your
order, but we are not responsible
for the outcome or impact of these changes.

returned within 30 days of receipt of your order,
un-used and in
sellable condition. Installed parts are only
returnable for exchange if defective.
We are not responsible
for unseen delays for "special ordered"
items, or production delays as they are beyond
our control. We will, however, notify you if an item
is on "backorder" as soon as we become aware
of it, and give you the opportunity to cancel
your order.
If we have made an
error in parts shipped, we will assume only the
responsibility of purchase price, and shipping both
ways. Items are to be returned in new condition and
shipped in the manner we specify. You will not
be charged a restocking fee.
All Warranties are

neither offers nor implies warranty of any type for
products sold by us or through our services. If you
have a warranty claim, Please let us know, and we will
